Guidelines for REBAP eGroups Protocol:

1.      Membership is exclusive to all paid REBAP members only

2.      This is strictly for Posting of Announcements regarding REBAP-related Activities, Programs and Projects only

3.      “Personal messages” like chain-letters and political messages should be emailed direct to members’ personal email addresses

4.      “SPAM Messages” are not allowed.

5.      While you can freely add input, ask questions and the likes; negative comments and corrections, out of respect, should be sent directly only to the mail originator or advisory author. It is courtesy to other fellow CRBs, not to flag their mail boxes with what they may consider “junk mails”.

6.      All members posting should identify themselves with their Name, REBL License No.,Chapter Affiliation, Designation if Officer or regular member, Contact Numbers and Email Address. Other info like websites and blogs are optional.

7.      For discussions of any topic a Forum is being set up for the members. In another format e.g. www.rebap.com.ph

8.      Screening of messages will commence this 15 February 2011.

There will be a delay of about 24 to 48 hours before the message is allowed to be posted provided the message is in the right format and proper yahoogroup.

9.      If your post does not appear the moderator would send you an email specifying the reason behind the absence of your post.

10.  Our IT staff is currently updating our member list for 2011.

5.      Default of Posting is reply to sender only. If you want to reply to certain messages, just “Click” on reply button and not (cc.) or send to the whole yahoogroups .
